If there is a quality problem within a year, if it needs to be repaired to the after-sales service center for maintenance, the freight shall be borne by the manufacturer (according to the standard freight of Deppon or Anneng Logistics, beyond this scope, the customer shall bear the freight), and the freight shall be borne by the customer after a year. During the warranty period, if the product fails due to quality problems, you can contact the local dealer or special maintenance department with the invoice or purchase certificate and warranty card.

Warranty notice：

According to national regulations, the following circumstances are excluded from the scope of warranty service, and we will charge the cost fee (fee standard = repair fee + replacement parts fee).

1, do not operate according to the user manual or the machine prompts, the failure and damage caused by improper use of the customer.

2, the damage caused by transportation or handling, the customer's own replacement, change, repair and alter the fuselage number, and no factory number.

3. Damage caused by lightning strikes, floods, fires and other natural disasters.

4. Damage caused by abnormal voltage or use of power sources other than specified.

5. Please keep the purchase voucher and warranty card properly. The warranty card is lost, copied, no invoice or no purchase certificate and beyond the warranty period, will not be guaranteed.

6. The humidity sensor is a wearing part and is not covered by warranty.

7, due to the use of acid, alkali, salt, adhesive and other harmful gases or flammable and explosive dust and other adverse environment, resulting in damage to the machine or adverse accidents, does not belong to the scope of warranty.

8, the use of the machine ambient temperature is 5-35℃, beyond this temperature range caused by the use of the machine damage or adverse accidents, does not belong to the scope of warranty.

9, warranty period, replacement of spare parts must be replaced by new.

10. Please keep this card as warranty certificate. If there is no invoice and purchase receipt certificate, the date of delivery will be delayed by one month.
