In the process of production and storage in the electronics factory, most electronic products or components are extremely sensitive to changes in the ambient air humidity; In the southern region, summer is hot and humid, and the air humidity is as high as 90%RH many times. For the electronics factory, such wet weather is bound to make the workshop humidity exceed the standard, will not only affect the normal operation of the equipment and the production efficiency of the workshop, but also lead to electronic products or components appear oxidative corrosion, short circuit leakage and other problems, product quality can not be guaranteed.

The area of the electronics workshop is relatively large, in order to achieve constant temperature and humidity, we must use constant temperature and humidity air conditioning unit to achieve the effect, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning unit can automatically adjust the indoor temperature and humidity, and finally achieve the effect of constant temperature and humidity.


When selecting the constant temperature and humidity unit, it is necessary to calculate the cooling capacity, heat production, air volume and humidification amount required by the workshop. For places where the temperature is 15-35 ° C and the humidity is 40-80% at normal temperature and humidity, the cold amount, heat, air volume and humidification required by the workshop are generally calculated based on empirical data.


For a workshop with a height of 4.8 meters, the temperature should reach 25±3 ° C and the humidity should reach 45~55%RH, and the cold, heat, air and humidification amount required by the workshop should be calculated according to the following formula.


The cooling capacity of the air conditioner required by the workshop should be calculated according to 250w/ square meter:


530 x 250 w = 132.5 kw;


The air-conditioning heat required by the workshop should be calculated according to 150w/ square meter:


530 x 150 w = 79.5 kw;


The amount of air conditioning humidification required by the workshop should be calculated according to 1kg/20㎡ :


530 present 20 = 26.5 kg/h;


In order to achieve uniform temperature and humidity, it is necessary to do the return air pipe and the air supply pipe, because the return air pipe is relatively low, it needs to be installed against the wall, and the air supply pipe is arranged from the middle of the room, the return air pipe does not need to be arranged evenly, only a few return air outlets are required.


Generally speaking, the cooling capacity is less than 80kw to make air cooling more; The cooling capacity is greater than 80kw to make water cooling more, because the cooling effect of water cooling is better, but it is a lot of trouble than the air cooling, the cooling capacity is small and the heat dissipation is less with the air cooling is enough, the cooling capacity is too large with the air cooling is slower, and the cooling with the water cooling is relatively faster. Water cooling requires a cooling tower, and there is a constant supply of water, and air-cooled only requires an outdoor unit.


In view of various considerations we recommend that you choose water-cooled. If the temperature is only required below 28 ° C, the model H140(cooling capacity 140kw, heat production 80kw, humidification capacity 27kg/h) of the water-cooled constant temperature and humidity machine is more suitable.


Because there is more dust in the workshop (metal powder such as iron powder), if it is not treated for a long time, it will scale on the copper pipe, block the evaporator and condenser, and have a very adverse effect on the fan, and seriously damage the motor, so it is necessary to make a medium effect filter (material is generally non-woven fabrics and synthetic fibers, etc.) at the return air outlet of the machine. Filter dust, powder, debris and other large particles in the air.


Therefore, it is necessary for the electronics factory to do a good job of strict humidity in a timely manner in the humid rainy days! Under normal circumstances, it is more appropriate to control the humidity of the environment such as the electronics factory workshop or warehouse between 45~55%RH; In the wet and rainy Meiyu days, a production workshop of an electronics factory (an area of about 500m2, the height of 3m) has a serious humidity exceeded the standard, the highest reached about 85%RH, resulting in frequent failures of the workshop equipment in operation, many products produced are not up to standard, and the pass rate of the product is a drop.
