Characteristics of constant temperature and humidity machine:


1. Scope of application


Constant temperature and humidity air conditioning is also called precision air conditioning, room air conditioning, with refrigeration, dehumidification, heating, humidification and other functions. Widely used in computer room, program-controlled switch room, satellite mobile communication station, large medical equipment room, laboratory, test room, precision electronic instrument production workshop and other high precision environment, such an environment on the air temperature, humidity, cleanliness, air distribution and other indicators have high requirements. It must be guaranteed by dedicated machine room precision air conditioning equipment that operates safely and reliably 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Constant temperature and humidity air conditioning can not only adjust the temperature, but also adjust the humidity, and the accuracy is very high. Computers, especially servers, have particularly high requirements for temperature and humidity. If the change is too large, the calculation of the computer may make mistakes, which is very unfavorable to the service providers, especially the banking and communication industries. At present, the air conditioning requirements of the equipment room are generally in the temperature accuracy of ±2 ° C, the humidity accuracy of ±5%, the temperature accuracy of high-precision equipment room air conditioning can reach ±0.5 ° C, the humidity accuracy of ±2%.


2, sensible heat ratio


Sensible heat ratio is the ratio of sensible cooling capacity to total cooling capacity. The total cooling capacity of the air conditioner is the sum of the sensible cooling capacity and the latent cooling capacity, of which the sensible heat refrigeration is used to cool down, and the latent cooling is used to dehumidify. The heat of the machine room is mainly sensible heat, so the sensible heat of the air conditioning in the machine room is relatively high, generally above 0.9 (ordinary comfort air conditioning is only about 0.6). Large air volume and small enthalpy difference are essential differences between air conditioners and other air conditioners. With large air volume, the air temperature can be used not to be too low, and the number of air changes in the machine room can be increased, which is beneficial to the calculation of the server and the computer. If the temperature in the equipment room changes too much in a short period of time, calculation errors may occur on the server. If the humidity in the equipment room is too low, static electricity may occur. (When the humidity is 20%, the static electricity can reach 10,000 volts.)


3. Energy efficiency ratio


Energy efficiency ratio (COP) Even if the conversion ratio between energy and heat, 1 unit of energy, is converted to 3 units of heat, COP=3. Since most room air conditioners use scroll compressors (with a minimum power of 2.75KW), the maximum COP can reach 5.6. The energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine is above 3.0.


4, reliable performance


The most important thing in a computer room is reliability. To run 8760 hours a year without trouble, you need reliable parts and excellent control systems for air conditioners in the machine room. Generally, the machine room is mostly N+1 backup, and if an air conditioner goes wrong, other air conditioners can immediately take over the entire system.

The working principle of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning:




1, working conditions: This unit is suitable for the space with return air system, not suitable for the full fresh air system. The normal working condition is 5 ~ 43℃.


2, refrigeration principle: The high-pressure liquid refrigerant flows out through the filter and enters the evaporator through the expansion valve for throttling and reducing pressure. As the pressure is reduced, the refrigerant continuously absorbs the heat transmitted by the air to the evaporator in the evaporator and evaporates into steam, and the steam is then inhaled by the compressor. The compressed high temperature and high pressure gas enters the air-cooled condenser, and the heat is carried away by the condenser. Then through the filter to the expansion valve, so the circulation is continuous, the indoor heat is moved out of the outdoor, so that the indoor temperature can be reduced.


3, heating principle: When the temperature of the regulated air is lower than the required temperature, the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning computer controller is switched on the electric heater, the air is heated, and the air is sent to the room by the fan to achieve the purpose of heating.


4, dehumidification principle: when the humidity in the adjusted air is greater than the required value, the air is cooled to below the dew point temperature through the evaporator, and the moisture in the air is precipitated to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.


Humidification principle: When the relative humidity of the regulated air is lower than the required value, the computer controller of the constant temperature and humidity air conditioner connects the electrode humidifier to make the electrode humidifier work, and the water is heated and boiled into steam, which is sent into the air conditioning room through the fan to achieve the purpose of humidification.
